We want your time in the studio to be smooth, relaxed, and productive, so here are a couple of things to keep in mind:
Your booking should include any time needed for setup, pack-down, and transferring files to your device or our cloud. Please make sure to factor this in when choosing your session length.
Weekends can get busy, so it’s best to drop us a quick message to check availability. Weekend bookings have a 1.5-hour minimum, and we’ll do our best to line you up with one of our engineers. Just give the team a call before you book to make sure we can fit you in.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand the nature of creative work means plans can change. If you’re unable to make your session, we’re happy to offer a credit note so you can rebook at a time that works for you. Just let us know as soon as possible although we require at least 24 hours notice.
